Conservative candidate Simon Eardley has set out his local priorities for the Saughall & Mollington Ward.

They are:

1. Campaigning for a fair share of resources for the villages of the ward that takes into account its rural character and the challenges this can present.

Candidate Praises Lache Fun Day

After attending Love Lache on Sycamore Fields, Conservative Council candidate Jack Jackson said:

"It's been fantastic to spend a summer’s afternoon at Love Lache on Sycamore Fields.

Upton Conservatives Roll Up Sleeves & Tidy Up Cockpit

Fed up with waiting for the Council to do the work needed in the Cockpit, Gary Hulmes and Councillor Jill Houlbrook organised a working party to just get on with it.

Along with residents they spent 4 hours, trimming, weeding, sweeping, tidying and cutting the grass.

Jack Jackson: Getting Things Done for Lache

Jack Jackson has been reporting untidy hedges and other issues to the Council to get action taken for local residents in Lache.

Jack said:

"When meeting residents on St Marks Road, concerns were raised that the hedges were overgrown and encroaching onto the footpath.

Cllr Jill Houlbrook on Unacceptable Parking

On a trip around Upton yesterday morning Upton Councillor Jill Houlbrook visited parking hot spot Marina Drive and was disappointed to find several drivers completely ignoring the double yellow lines.
