Hoole's Coronation Fields have had confirmation that £205,610 has been secured for Phase 2 of the pavilion works.
This welcomed news is a great example of collaboration between the Conservative Government, the FA, the Football Foundation and the Premier League.
Cllr Stuart Parker, Shadow Cabinet Member for Culture, Leisure, Heritage and Green Space said: "I welcome this investment from the Conservative Government, the FA, and the Premier League for Cheshire West and Chester Council, which will help complete the new pavilion works in Hoole and widen access so that even more local residents can benefit from high quality sports facilities."
This is just 1 of 178 projects across the UK to receive extra funding support for grassroots football in their local communities, with the purpose of increasing participation, improving mental health and making sport more accessible for all.
